A Chartered Accountant and Director of Orb360, Jay has over 10 years of accounting, forensic accounting and tax experience. His previous roles include Tax Manager at Grant Thornton and Crowe Horwath (WHK), Tax Investigator at the IRD, Forensic Accountant at McDonald Vague, and Financial Accountant at Flight Centre.

Stephen has practised tax law for over 20 years, firstly leading a team of lawyers at Inland Revenue then as a tax barrister practising on his own account. He has experience in all aspects of tax and specialises in complicated tax technical cases, tax avoidance cases, and tax evasion prosecutions.

Tony is a specialist tax advisor and Chartered Accountant with almost 20 years’ experience in advising clients, fellow accountants, and lawyers from all over New Zealand on tax issues affecting their businesses and clients.

Mike is a New Zealand litigation lawyer, specialising in tax disputes and litigation. His career to date has involved eight years’ practice as a Crown prosecutor and civil litigation lawyer, eight years as head of litigation for Inland Revenue, and practice at the independent bar since June 2004.
